Please review these terms carefully before accessing or using the MdiskPlay online video player tool.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing MdiskPlay (mdiskplay.org) or any of its associated features, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Permitted Use & Service Nature

MdiskPlay is provided exclusively as a client-side media resolution and presentation interface. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to submit media sharing links that you are lawfully authorized to view or preview under the terms established by the respective cloud hosting provider.

3. User Representations & Prohibited Conduct

You represent and warrant that your use of MdiskPlay complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You specifically agree NOT to:

  • Submit sharing links containing illegal material, child exploitation, malware, or unauthorized personal surveillance footage.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, reverse-engineer, or execute Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against MdiskPlay infrastructure.
  • Deploy automated scraping bots, mass harvest tools, or bypass link rate limiters without express permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

MdiskPlay is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free streaming availability, as playback depends strictly upon the third-party origin cloud servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MdiskPlay or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the service, or any content obtained through third-party cloud links.
